I am strong believer in education at all stages of one's life. This is evidenced in my own case. I received my BS in Chemistry from Arizona State University. As an officer in the US Navy, I used the continuing education programs available to get an MBA in Finance. The Navy then sent me to the Naval Postgraduate School for an MS in Meteorology and Physical Oceanography. I enrolled in a Ph.
